Hello Steemit people,
Firstly I am going to ask you one simple question. Do you like music? What a stupid question you say to yourself. If you do (who doesn’t) then I will be very glad when you keep reading.
Next I want to say that I am so happy to be a part of this incredible platform. I would never say in my life that I will decide to write any kind of blog or any similar platform where I will share my thoughts but when my friend @truestories told me about cryptocurrencies and also about Steemit afterwards, suddenly I thought to myself - this is it! This is the thing I have been searching for years. Suddenly I wanted to share everything about the passion that is driving my life - electronic music.
All my life is enriched by music. Since the first day when my mom bought a TV set with music stations like MTV, Viva, Viva Plus etc. all of sudden I was in everyday’s contact with music. This was the year 2001. I had no MP3 player, no internet, nothing where I could listen those songs over and over again. I had always waited in front of the TV in hope that my favourite song will be played. Until the year 2005 when I had found my first MP3 player under the Christmas tree. I was the happiest boy on the Earth. At that moment everything began. Every minute of my day, if it was possible, I had headphones in my ears.
For example I loved songs from commercials. At that time there were no Shazam, Soundhounds etc. Fortunately I found the forum for people like me where people discussed everything about songs that appeared in TV adds. I remember that T-Mobile and Coca-Cola always had the best tunes. I was constantly wondering they have to have some magician who finds those great songs.
I like to keep things tidy and thus my comprehensive collection of tracks was divided in various folders named after genres. Surely this obsession with arrangement is thanks to Last.fm. This site has a great credit in my music life. I visit this page every day just to check if every track is being scrolled. It is my little addiction. As the years went by my library was getting bigger and bigger.
Until 2010 I had listened mostly every kind of genre and actually I am still listening but during that year (when I started partying) I felt in love with electronic music. At first they were those famous electro house songs that are played in most clubs. Afterwards it was drum and bass, then techhouse and as the last one techno. I can’t say which one I prefer, my music taste is changing and there are days when I want to listen dark techno but on the other day I desire for example for some ambient piece of music.
I love festivals, parties, dancing and everything connected with music. At the party or at any other event I am the one who always takes photos and when I look back at all albums, music has occurred on 90% of them. I can say with absolute certainty that without music I would not have met so many new people, would not have had so many memories, experiences and what is the most important for me - when I am in a melancholic mood or when I want to end up with everything, music always saves me.
In my heart there is a huge space for music and I fill that space as much as possible.
I could write about music into infinity and I thank Steemit for allowing me that.
I am really looking forward to sharing with you everything about music which I love. And I also hope you will recommend me songs that you like. I have selected a few photos for you just to have a better picture about my party life. There are thousands and thousands of photos so it was pretty hard to choose!
Thank you and enjoy reading!
PS: Travelling without headphones? Not possible!
