Introducing myself and 99cryptocoin.com
Hi,
I am Oggy. About a month ago my tv broke down, halting my binge-watching of Netflix instantly.
Instead of buying a new tv, I decided to challenge myself and start a new web development project. I did web development professionally over 10 years ago, but hadn't really kept up. Being interested in cryptocurrencies, I thought it would be a challenge to make something to track the prices of currencies I have invested in.
It all got a bit out of hand, and a few days ago I put online https://www.99cryptocoin.com, a site with current and historical price information based on about 60 exchanges I have connected with. Currently there are about 830 coins listed, way more than I initially intended.
So far I have been having a lot of fun doing this as a project, and I have many ideas to add to the website. But what I am really curious about is some feedback, and some input on what kind of features are interesting for others. Of course, as it is a side-project, development will be a bit slow. But I would, for instance, love to do a good iPhone and Android app in the future.
I am curious to get some input!

Each exchange is trading BTC/other alt crypto currencies at different price points.
How do you show the Current price for it.I loved the design & it has potential to become a great source of info. Thanks
Thanks @cryptostar! All prices are Volume Weighted Average prices. If USD Fiat currencies exist for a currency, the Volume Weighted Average USD price is used for further calculation. e.g.: There are several markets where ETH/USD is traded. For the calculation of GNT/ETH the GNT USD value is calculated on the basis of the Volume Weighted Average of all ETH/USD markets, and so on.
It is a very good question, and I should publish some explanation on how prices are calculated in the future.
