That's me, taking a selfie at home. You can see behind me are some of my plants. I'm an avid houseplant collector! In every room of my house, you'll find anywhere from 4 to 10 plants! (Ok, so maybe I'm a plant hoarder.)

Some facts about me

1. I’m an English American from the Mid-South of the United States!

2. I love writing, traveling, and taking tons of photos of my travels.

3. I learned about Bitcoin in 2011. A friend of mine at the time told me how he was mining it (He's probably made million$$$ from Bitcoin by now!)

4. I've been writing about Bitcoin and digital currency since 2015.

5. I just found out about Steem a few months ago. (Gosh, where have I been!)

6. I work from home, most of the time on my couch...LOL, I'm not joking =)

7. I've been doing online marketing since 2011.

8. I was vegetarian for 8 years, but since 2 years ago, I have become a meat-eater again (for several reasons).

9. I'm a conspiracy theorist, a bit of an anarchist, and a free thinker.

10. I ravenously consume online content in the cryptocurrency and health niches. ESPECIALLY those that are anti-mainstream "healthcare".

11. I'm pro- marijuana. (But I actually do not use it.)

12. I don't want to be like EVERYBODY else, efff that!! To society: shove your endless # of rules on how to be "normal".

13. I'd love to meet Buddha.

14. I got certified in sailing in 2012. Being in the open ocean still scares the sh** out of me, though!

15. I plan on sharing this post and most of my Steems on my social media.

Conclusion

Bitcoin and the blockchain tech that underpins it is changing the world rapidly. However, governments worldwide are working hard to keep from losing their control over money. You don't have to understand all the technical aspects, you just have to understand how it's disrupting virtually every industry imaginable.

I hope one day everyone uses Bitcoin. It would sure be cool to pay for all my travels with only Bitcoin! It's already possible with the Monaco Visa.I think I might just put that on my bucket list: Pay for a trip with nothing else but Bitcoin.
