A quick thank you to every one for such a wonderful warm welcome to Steemit. I am sorry I did not get back to anyone, but the internet went down shortly after I posted and one of the joys about being remote is it could take weeks before someone gets out this way to repair it. As soon as it is up and running again, I will send each and every one of you a personal response.
In the meantime I will do the 56km round trip to our neighbours (time allowing - it takes about 1 hour each way), who have kindly allowed me to use their internet, to do the occasional post.
Looking forward to getting back up to speed in the near future. :)
