I am new here, but I have arrived to contribute what I hope & trust will be considered, recognised & valued as high quality content, in many different & diverse fascinating forms, from the many strings of my unique & original creative bow, to add depth & breadth to the Steemit Ocean of already existing interesting & informative content, to bring more value and thought-provoking insight, creations & discoveries to the community, to positively contribute to help grow the fascinating Steem Blockchain technology and the value of the Steem cryptocurrency, as well as actively spreading & increasing the awareness & potential of this revolutionary new decentralized social media platform, which will undoubtedly become the future of how the world communicates & interacts without the all too familiar constricting restrictions from mainstream censorship dictatorships found elsewhere, providing a chance for everyone to earn rightful reward for sharing their creative work to the world. Exciting times and endless new possibilities lie ahead.

To fittingly paraphrase one of my favourite shows from my childhood years, (long before I awakened to what I have since discovered about our true existence).. stay tuned for that ;)

I am new here & still learning as much as I can before I jump in for an initial exploratory swim to familiarize myself with the ocean waters, and all those that cruise in them, but what if the current marine life hierarchy are not expecting a new species altogether, like myself, to jump into the blue?

An assumed "minnow" I must maybe be classed as by default, but perhaps a minnow piranha.. with the potential to grow into a giant 3 -hearted octopus.. or even the almighty Kraken! ;)

So who am I.. and what do I do & what have I created that may be of interest & value to the Steemit community in future?

I am an Irish Italian musician, composer, writer, designer, artist, video-editor, producer, photographer, philosopher, originator, researcher, critical-thinker, evidence-analyzer, proof-seeker, nonconformist, truth-warrior, health-promoter, gym-nut, entrepreneur, business-owner, romantic rapscallion.. for now…

The main music I write as a commercially available recording artist with a fan-base, I call Catchy Modern Melodic Memorable Meaningful Metamorphic Rock Music!

This is different, steering away from the mainstream you’ve heard before. Words used to describe my music have been hard to find, when it does not fit into any previously known genre. “Epic” “catchy” & “Different” have been suggested by many listeners & fans

Electric guitar driven compositions, in an intricately designed and arranged mix of power rhythms and single note riffs, sometimes interlaced with secondary underlying melodic patterns of guitar and complementing synth sounds, all designed as a canvas on which to paint thought-provoking, cryptically enigmatic & meaningful lyrics, absent of the obvious stereo-typically expected over-used Rock clichés I have no interest in.

I do not like to give sound-a-like examples, because there honestly are none, but since all music industry professionals insist on me giving them “similar artists” which do not exist, I usually say : Muse, Queen, Foreigner, Genesis, Metallica, AC/DC & Green Day.. although also unlike any of them equally!

Harmonic melodies to catch both the intrigue of the mind and the pleasing of the ear,, somehow uplifting with unclear disguise, for not only fans of Rock Music, but fans of “music” itself. There is only good music and music you don’t like.

2012 saw the release of “Thru Ever Ending Black” a 27 track debut album double CD/28 track digital release, unheard of for a debut album, but no track of which I felt I could omit from the album, being a backlog of songs and themes some of which originated many years previous, some from my school days, that I decided I had to finally unveil and unleash to the world, in order to free myself for the next build-up of ideas waiting to be born from the cauldron of my incessantly prolific particular mind..

I presented my story, & bared my soul, thought provoking observations, discoveries and essence of character for all to see and hear, with a deep reaching integrity and unexampled style, in the way I do best, with music and words, letting the result speak for itself without the ever-present bull that many others feel they need to opt for to embellish and mask their otherwise meaningless music with, however “successful” & “popular” their music may be considered to be.

The 1st single from the album, which was also my 1st ever commercial release, was the Track “Unbreakable”, which I created my 1st ever lyric video for, using Sony Vegas software I knew nothing about until I delved into trying to figure it out. It was also my 1st ever post on Dtube which you can see and hear below.

2013 to 2014 saw the release of 6 new, equally well received singles conforming to my signature style & philosophy, as well as a compilation album available digitally, entitled "9 Singles", comprising 5 of the shortest tracks from the debut album plus 4 new singles, which served as a brief taster and introduction into the exclusive DJC musical Universe.

"9 Singles" is not in any way a "Best of" compilation, it must be stressed. It is in fact simply a collection of my shortest tracks that would best fit radio airplay slots, since my philosophy is not to write "best songs", but to keep the same high standard to all tracks by satisfying my own set of personal requirements that I apply to all my own compositions.

There are no “Best songs”... comparables, equivalents or true Sound-a-likes.. Here.. My music transcends and ignores genres yet it also unites fans from all backgrounds.

2015 saw the release of a new single entitled "Magic", released in two different versions, each with different lyrics, vocal melody and instrumentation.

Although having played in different bands over the years in both England & Ireland, I currently prefer concentrating on working as a recording artist, also making my music available for licensing to TV & Film soundtrack synch opportunities as well as for fans to listen to & buy. A return to a live environment is always a fascinating possibility though, due to the endless possibilities my epic musical themes could create in a live, arena stage-production with full band.

Christmas 2018, brought a one-off re-release, an updated, remixed & re-mastered real-drum version of the 2017 released single “Star Angels”, a catchy rock-pop Christmas themed track, unlike any ever heard before, which will not feature on the upcoming 2nd album, due to lack of space on an 80 minute CD.

As of March 2019, work is completed for the eagerly awaited 2nd album, “The Greatest Ever Deception” due to be released on June 1st 2019, with the 1st single release from it being "Wake up, You're only Dreaming", to be released on May 1st 2019.

“The Greatest Ever deception” will feature as many tracks as can fit onto an Audio CD., which will this time be 15 tracks, presented in the order in which they were created. I will as usual, be writing, producing and performing all instruments, as well as attempting the vocals again, which I initially recorded for my debut album as guide vocal tracks, for a "proper" vocalist to then sing instead of me, but which I then decided to keep, since they turned out not as bad as I had initially anticipated!
