Hi, nice to be here.

Should probably finish the introductory sentence here first before progressing on. Just can't get enough meditation.

So, sound boring? Read on for a moment then decide.

Quite honestly, we all meditate - including you - every day. Simple - we breathe. In and out, in and out. The most basic of all. Some take it further than others. Or, how about that book or movie you've taken in lately. Ever become so enthralled in them that you don't even hear sounds around you? Yes, meditation. I practice perhaps more structured forms each day. Was told by a teacher that each moment not spent in meditation is a moment lost. I am trying to live this to its fullest.

I work for a major airline as a Flight Attendant and have for over 20 years. Am able to meet and talk with all sorts of interesting people. Keeps the job fresh.

Upon retirement or perhaps before, wish to practice as a Buddhist monk. Has always been an aspiration of mine since a very early age.

The beach is where I like to spend much of the free time that is available as waves provide a perfect object for meditation practice.

Enough about me. My life is truly simple and I try to keep it that way.
