Warmest greetings, Steemit Community!

I'm finally starting my blog in this platform (shoutout to my cousin for introducing me this ♡) and I couldn't wait to post more! The funny thing is, I waited for almost a month for an email containing the verification and with that time span, I wondered why I still haven't received one until I decided to clean my mail and erase all necessary stuff and found out that Steemit already sent me a few weeks ago. I'm so thrilled and excited to share some stories of my daily adventures in life!

Anyway before I start sharing my life stories, let me just introduce myself.

ABOUT ME!
I'm Charis Carolyn Degamo Lubon, that's my full name. My friends call me "Char" or "Cha" because it's short and cute? Well, they said that. I already turned 18 last January 9 and I'm currently residing in the Queen City of the South which is Cebu, a small island located in the Philippines. I'm a freshmen and taking up the degree program Journalism. I'm a happy-go-lucky person and I'm very vocal which is why I have a lot of stories to tell. I'm also very determined and passionate in everything that I do, if that's what I want then I will work hard for it so I can succeed in getting it.

THINGS THAT I DO!
I'm into music, I love making song covers and singing in front of a crowd although it scares me sometimes. Music is my life, we all do say that and it's true. As well as with music, I also love dancing. Every time I sing a pop song, my body starts to groove with the music. Aside from that, I'm fond of editing videos. I don't know why but whenever I edit videos, I feel relaxed and satisfied (who else can relate with me?). That's why I also considered it as one of my stress relievers, I remembered before that I only started my vlog channel because I really want to edit videos but eventually, I changed all of my videos' settings to private because I'm a bit shy. I also love photography and that's the main reason why I'm very OC (obsessive-compulsive) with my Instagram feed (SHAMELESS PLUG: instagram.com/charislubon). I'm very game to anything fun especially movie marathon, travelling and food trips!

FUTURE POSTS?
I'm very adventurous and I love exploring new things, so expect me to post more of my travels and hangouts with my family and colleagues. Another reason why I joined this community because I want to go out with my comfort zone, I'm really not into reading books and novels but I write poems (when I'm in the mood) and I like expressing what I feel whether it may be about life, love, friends and etc. And also, I'm excited to share all of you some of my photographs taken in different places in my locality. I'd also like to share my song covers with you guys and the montages of my travels and adventures.

As what my Steemit name says "charislife", I'm very excited to share my journey to all of you. Thank you also to Steemit for letting us express and for serving as our outlet with our thoughts. I'm very grateful to be part of this wonderful community! I also hope that I can inspire other people through my life experiences that I had post and will post in this platform. Hoping also to meet new friends!
