Cholesterol: How We Are Misled by the “ HealthCare Industry “ with Lies and Kept Afraid. The Truth about Cholesterol. #1
Cholesterol is not the “bad guy” as pictured in the media but in fact a very important substance needed for various processes in our body.
We will first take a closer look at how we know cholesterol.
We all ¨know¨ that we need to lower our cholesterol level in order to prevent heart diseases...right ? WRONG !
That is how we were indoctrinated for decades by the doctors, governments and the pharmaceutical industries.
And the reason is simple…..money.
Based on a myth we were lied to that we need to lower our cholesterol by using Statins and certain products in our diet.
Statins are in the top 10 of most prescribed medicines and it is a billion dollar industry.
Lipitor ( Atorvastatin) and Simvastatin ( Zocor) are the best known Statins.
The whole industry is fear based: by telling us we will have heart problems medicines are prescribed to us.
We are told that cholesterol causes blood to clotter but that is a huge misunderstanding and not true.
Blood CAN NOT clot in a bloodvessel.
Blood can only clot when, as we all know, comes into the open and in contact with air (oxygen) !
