Steem Surf Photo Giveaway [Week 6]

This is a photo of my local break, Cowries. Its just down the road from my house. I grew up surfing this wave and it is what ultimately got me into surf photography. This is a photo of a good mate of mine, getting absolutely pitted amongst the morning sun. Cowries can get super solid and a lot of people tow in with jet skis when its big.

This shot did really well for me and was internationally published. It doesn't get much better than the local crew surfing the the local when its pumping.

I was just surprised that I hadn’t seen your posts before considering you joined in march - and wondered if it’s because you don’t post in the team Australia tag. It’s just a community of people from Australia who help each other out on steemit. You can get more exposure and votes too. (You just need to register first)

All good though - was just curious :)

No worries here is the link to the latest Team Australia post - @choogirl welcomes people in. You can send her a message in the discord server (the link is in her post) and then you can be registered and be on the Centrelink curation trail etc. ( I laughed pretty hard when I first heard there was such a thing as Centrelink on steemit ) 😊

was it just recently? I was surfing at sunshine beach near noosa this morning. it was quite small but nice waves. hope to get some more swell the next days
