New wiki page created: Steem and Steemit in the news

Hi steemians! After nearly 2 weeks since the launch of our project to transform Steem.center in the wiki of all Steem related things, we have a fresh new page:
The user @wagnertamanaha, the steemian wiki enthusiast whose post Active wiki users rewarded with Steem inspired the beggining of @steemcenterwiki project, created the new wiki page gathering links from media sites, blogs and You Tube channels like The Guardian, CoinDesk, Motherboard, Epicenter, Investopedia, Reuters, Liberty.me and many more.
They problaby still don't know but @the-alien and @jrcornel also helped the wiki page posting about articles referring Steemit in Rolling Stone Australia and Banking Exchange. All steemians can continue collaborating informally sharing posts with info like this (we suggest using #inthenews) or, if prefered, direct edit adding new links to the wiki page Steem and Steemit in the news. Doing this way (see our Rules) you apply to become a new steem rewarded wiki editor participant.
Starting the wiki article about Steemit
There is also a new wiki page created from a proposed link by @someguy123, the owner and creator of Steem.center. It can be seen as an initial draft from which the wiki editors could add more infos and child pages.
To make this page, beyond the official Steem and Steemit sites, the @thecryptofiend's post and Steemithelp.net site plus the data from @elyaque's daily Steem reports was really helpfull.
Project's Balance
Now @wagnertamanaha joins @raymonjohnstone and @gutzofter, our project's first and previous participants and will be included in the division of the amount collected this month here in @steemcenterwiki.
Right now the balance here shows 0.740 steem (an increase of 171% since the last post 2 days ago) and all january's sum will be shared with current and future participants just after the end of the month. If you're interested, take a look in our project's introduction and rules proposed and join us if you like. Or just upvote and resteem this post to increase the collected amount as an incentive to actual and new participants.

If you liked the project and want to collaborate in the wiki and earn part of the steems collected here, please follow us @steemcenterwiki, register in Steem.center and show your Steemit username in you profile page. Then start collaborating, if you want, you can use the MediaWiki tutorial as reference to create and edit pages in Steem.center wiki, wich runs in MediaWiki, the same engine of Wikipedia.
