Funny, I am intermittent fasting right now. I do the 16/8 method where you don't eat for 16 hours then you can eat for 8 hours as much as you like. I try to eat mostly healthy food during the 8 hour window too.

All good tips for beating hunger pains. I have done the intermittent fasting off and on for many years now and my body is so used to it I have barely any hunger and when I do have some, it is very easy to ignore.

I've never tried 16/8. I might give it a try sometime. It might stop me from nibbling in the evenings, which I think is a very bad habit!

I find it to be the easiest for me to stick to because I don't go to bed hungry. Sometimes even if I don't have hunger pains I still get this very snackish feeling. You don't don't necessarily need to eat the whole 8 hours either. You could do 18/6 or 20/4.
