How To Add Clickable Links On Instagram – A Very Cool Instagram Trick To Get More Clicks To Your Site Or Opportunity
To add clickable links on Instagram you need create a second Instagram account under a new email. Think of this new account as a capture page or a splash page.
The username you use for the second account becomes the clickable link because usernames are clickable 😉 Make your username something that will invite them to click so something like Sign-Up-Here or Click-For-More-Info. Then just add the second username at the end of promotional posts so that when clicked all the information is provided on how to join or buy or whatever needs to happen.

I don't get it... This is just adding an additional click to the user journey. Yes, no clickable links is a pain, but staying on your main profile is much more important. Refer to link in bio or simply use Instagram stories linking to your website - if setup as a business account.
