Hoverflies - insects family of Syrphidae. They seem hovering all the time , therefore as name suggested. Their foods source nectar and pollen. Another insects beside Bumblebees that important for pollinating flowers.

    This is really amazing set of photos.
    Really love how you portray such little creatures with wonderful photos.
    I tried once to take them but they are very fast little creature to take photos.
    The set consist of many views of the little creature. Good result in the end.

          Love the photos, my friend!

          I think these guys are my second favorite flying insect. I love the way they can just hover in midair. Must be like the humming birds of the insect world.
