Green Metallic Fly , this fly belongs to the family of Calliphoridae , the family of Blow-flies. They are true insects.
The scientific name of this species Lucilia Sericata
They suck carrion and nectar from flowers .
This metallic fly larvae are useful for fishing bait. More interesting in The Treatment of Wounds. This must be #science as my own research.

I thought flies only spread germs. Nice to hear that their larvae are good for a couple of things like fish bait and treatment of wounds. Interesting!
Without flies the ecosystem is not balance. Dead animals will not composed.

Is this just a house fly or type of house fly.
They are not house flies.
That fly is very common in a tropical area like Philippines. Mostly these flies are disease carrier that give people sick... diarhea
