Land "Ownership" in America is a Racket
Americans may purchase a land title and come away with the impression they are now property owners. However, to maintain access and limited control over "their property" they will have to pay rent to the state.
Sometimes property tax is expensive. This, dependant upon where you live and what the local economy is like. The larger the average income for any area is a good indicator the property tax will be high.
In this author’s opinion, when someone holds a land title, it does not mean they own the land. Its proof that the person is a tenant and the state is the landlord. A tenant has a higher claim to the land than I do. So, in that respect, if they ask me to remove myself from the property, I'd leave.
Yet, it's a grave mistake to purchase a land title and then think the paper means that the land belongs to you. Why is this idea dangerous? I’ll tell you why, many people will fight to the death to defend their life, liberty, and property.
If it's a matter of fact in our current legal system that title ownership is not proof you own the property, then the property is not worth defending. Kind of like if you rented a cabin in the woods and some armed bandits came in and said leave or die. Well, LEAVE!
Sometimes well-intentioned folks will purchase titles in good faith they'll own the land. In fact, some will go into this aware of property taxes, and yet there is still a cognitive dissonance so powerful that they somehow end up not understanding the tenant/landlord relationship they are obliging themselves to.
So-called land ownership in America is a form of corporate feudalism. Let me explain, a fiefdom is an estate controlled by a feudal lord or a fief. Today, the estate is the property of (or belonging to) the state, and the lord (or fief) is the corporate state. Please take notice of how the word fief sounds allot like the word thief.
Well, that only makes sense because when you pay to become the owner of something, you shouldn't need to continue to pay to maintain control over that something and if you do, then you got hustled by a fief.
If land ownership in America isn't a racket, I don't know what is. Imagine if you own a small grocery store in a mob-controlled neighborhood and some hired thugs of some made guys walk into the establishment carrying baseball bats and whatnot.
They say this is a very dangerous neighborhood and that they're willing to offer you their protection for a small monthly fee of 10% of your profits. Now you know what’s up, and you know what happens to those in the neighborhood who don’t pay.
Their stores will get destroyed, or sometimes firebombed in the middle of the night if the mafia wants to send a message to the community. That is a classic example of a protection racket.
So let’s look at this from the perspective of the State and a title holder. The title holder may have paid tens of thousands for a property title and then built upon that property a house worth anywhere from 150-500k+.
After you think you’ve purchased land, the state, just like the mafia will allow you to pay them protection money. This protection money will stop the state from using (the police) force to steal the land away from you.
The title holder has in effect pursued the American dream because that’s what people in America do. If they did this without comprehension they'd not be the true landowner, then problems may manifest on the horizon at a later date in time. This, if they should choose to, or not be able to afford their annual land rental payment.

Crazy eh @thoughts-in-time? we're fast moving into an era of post ownership. If you look at most modern cars the manufacturer retains the intellectual property rights to the engine/computer system, many even retain a specific code to access/work on said engine. With regards to houses, there have also been many cases where the mortgage was sold numerous times (without the owner's knowledge) and even though the original mortgage was paid off the owners still lost their house! These people are scum and they won't be content until they have taken it all and we live within a feudal technocracy. Great work my friend and an excellent mafia analogy.
No doubt my friend. It really is a crazy world we're living in.
Sometimes the more I learn I wonder if I would have been
more happy having not emptied the contents of those red
pills on the table and violently snorted them up my nose
hole. Probably would have gone down just fine with water.
