THE REAL MUELLER PROBE

The law requires prosecutors to provide all exculpatory evidence in its possession to a defendant.

Prejudice and/or bias by a prosecutor and/or his staff is exculpatory evidence.

Text messages among Peter Strzok and his FBI paramour, Lisa Page, is precisely exculpatory evidence as are other text messages among FBI agents.

Mueller is obligated by law to preserve such evidence and to turn that evidence over to defendants which would include all of the following persons:

General Michael Flynn

Paul Manafort

Rick Gates

Jerome Corsi

Roger Stone

Michael Cohen

George Papadopoulos’ among several others

As the former Director of the FBI, as a lawyer, and as a prosecutor and as a senior employee of the United States Justice Department, Robert Mueller poses actual knowledge of these requirements of law

Andrew Weinstein described as Mueller’s “Pit Bull” is famous for not turning over exculpatory evidence. Weinstein has been excoriated for these practices, and one of Weinstein’s most famous conviction was overturned by a unanimous decision of the United States Supreme Court based upon such prosecutorial misconduct.

Rudy Giuliani and representatives of many of persons being harassed by Mueller have demanded copies of the texts of exculpatory conversations among FBI agents

The Mueller team claims that all of this evidence has been lost.

It appears that all of the cell phones on which such evidence resided were returned to their “factory new condition,” meaning that the memory of those cell phones were wiped clean to the condition in which they were when they were new and just left the manufacture’s factory.

This wiping of the memory of these cell phones does not happen mysteriously or accidentally. This wiping requires a deliberate action of a knowledgeable person (Maybe like an FBI agent?).

At this point, Mueller and his group need to be investigated to determine who is responsible for this criminal destruction of exculpatory evidence.
