What I Did This Past Weekend- Arrested @ Virginia Capitol Grounds
I was peacefully demonstrating/ exercising my first amendment rights- which in reality are self evident, Natural Law rights which of course trumps all law.
So The Virginia Capitol Police have a 'regulation'- mind you it isn't a statute, codified, or voted upon by any elected body, and isn't even an Executive order- just a regulation that some group of bureaucrats drew up and for some unknown reason the Virginia Capitol Police pretend this pathetic regulation trumps the Constitution.
Until more people start to stand up and oppose this very sort of lawless fascism we can expect to see our rights eroded.

Interesting note- @3:26 the officer that identifies himself as the 'supervisor' is one Sgt. Stamm. Just a few days after this event on Wednesday, 6 Feb, Stamm was placed on a 30 day adminstrative leave because evidence has emerged that he is affiliated, a member of white supremcist groups. I'm sure that little fact had zero to do with the way in which we were treated- remember what was on our sign ' Baby KKKiller'

I agree 100% and I am open to awaiting the completion of VCP investigation of Stamm- but if he is found to be a white supremacist- especially one who uses his police powers with extreme prejudice- then he is unfit for any office of public trust- he bent my arm up intentionally while cuffing me- have awoken past couple of mornings with severe pain in right shoulder- at best he is guilty of excessive force.
