The DNC is ignoring the Rule of Law (again) and they are making their illegal Investigation totally closed to everyone!
Pelosi has outed the Republicans on the Impeachment Investigation panel, and will not even allow them access to the closed door transcripts! This is after they cut them out from being allowed to call witnesses, or to question the ones the Democrats have called in.
The definition of a Kangaroo court...run by a Fascist, to rail road the Innocent victim; for political gain! WOW, they nailed it across the board, nothing Honest going on There at all! 100% Corrupt in this Investigation...100%!

What do you do when you find out your "investigation" is based on obfuscation, and baseless lies; but you want to move ahead anyway? Your only choice is to hide everything behind closed doors, and stonewall everyone about what was actually said!
There is no Honest way to do this, but Pelosi MUST proceed; to keep up the appearance of unity, to the public. I truth, she has lost control of the far left wing of the fascists party they call Democrats these days!

For the first time in US history Democrat leaders are running a sham impeachment — that was NEVER voted on in the US House of Representatives — and they are holding the entire proceeding in a secret secluded room away from public viewing and away from cameras.
This obvious scam is a dangerous route for the DNC to take. They have to infer and delay, with the goal of making it as large as they can for the election next year! When you have nothing, and can prove even less, this is what you are left with, sealed transcripts behind closed doors....
They must NOT allow any honest access to any of this feces, or the truth will come out too soon:
Democrats refuse to allow Republicans ANY CONSIDERATION in the entire process. They will not allow Republicans to call ANY witnesses. Democrats are only leaking tidbits that help them to the media. And Democrats are NOT EVEN CALLING on their main witness — a partisan anti-Trump CIA officer who was spying on President Trump in the White House and who has NO DIRECT KNOWLEDGE of the president’s specific phone call to the Ukrainian leader. The leaker’s only evidence is hearsay that has already been debunked by the released transcript of the phone call.

This has forced another schism in the DNC. There are some Politicians in 'swing' states who understand that their JOBS are at risk in the next election, because their constituents are getting damn tired of this crap! They will not likely survive long politically....

This was the NYT, so it is liberally biased, and this was before this Non Constitutional totalitarian (AKA Illegal) move made by Pelosi...this pole will move towards President Trump; as this farce continues!
They are handing the election to the RNC on a platter! Very stupid move....
Also, congress can impeach the president for ANY reason. The impeachment process is NOT a criminal proceeding. The impeachment process is a CONSTITUTIONAL mechanism to remove a president that has acted inappropriately in the opinion of the elected members of the house and senate.
There actually has to be a crime of some kind, and the Senate must verify that the crime has been committed. They can NOT impeach just because they do not like his politics!
These "witnesses" should held to a legal standard of Perjury, and if convicted, need to be jailed! Enough of using lying as a political tool. Perjury demands jail time!

Impeachment proceedings are supposed to be in the full House. It is also supposed to be public record.
NEVER in the History of the United States, has one party tried to impeach another in a closed door meeting, with sealed transcripts!That kind of abuse of power happens in a Fascist or Communist totalitarian state, but not in a Constitutional Republic....It is interesting that you admit they know there is no crime, but they intend to "Impeach" anyway. You do understand that the Senate will require an actual crime...after all that is their function, to verify the legalities.
You can NOT impeach a President simply because you do not like his politics, sorry! Not a high crime, nor is it a misdemeanor. So you guys go on with your echo chamber of idiots, and the Senate will slap you down with the reality of legal precedent!
YOU may think that they can "write their own impeachment" outside the Constitution, but they do NOT have that authority!
