Nancy Pelosi has trapped herself, with these articles of Impeachment; because she can't turn them over, to the Senate!
Nancy Pelosi is worried that the kangaroo court that wrote these Articles of Impeachment will be found out; if these two Articles of impeachment are passed to the Senate, as the Constitution requires! So now she is sitting on it, trying to decide if she will follow the Constitution! If she does Not, the Senate can not try the case, but she can still claim he Was Impeached! It will end the Impeachment process with a Huge lie...So they can continue to scream Impeachment. It is all they have left!
That is SAD, but not surprising....

Pelosi is trying to decide IF she will send these Articles to the Senate, or if she will keep them.I believe she will keep them, because they will not last long, if she looses control. THIS IS WHAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS INTENDED, when they designed this last ditch system; to help remove 'politics' from the process.
Contrary to what blue checkmark Twitter or other looney leftists might believe, impeachment does not mean that a president is automatically removed from office. Following news of impeachment, countless liberals took to social media, celebrating that the president will no longer be in office. This simply proves how politically illiterate the left has become.
If Pelosi sits on it, the articles of Impeachment cease to function, since they were never completed.
House Democrats have been trying to impeach the president from the moment he arrived in the White House. Therefore, one would think that the Speaker would be rushing to get the articles over to the Senate as quickly as possible. However, Pelosi has indicated that she, thus far, has no plans to do any such thing.
It is almost amusing that someone so filled with Hate, and so incredibly biased herself; can point at someone else without being called a liar!
According to the House Speaker, she has concerns about whether or not Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell plans to conduct a “fair trial.”

They want an extended trial in the Senate, hoping to find something; when the Senate is Constitutionally ONLY tasked with Checking the Articles, as written, to ensure there was an actual crime committed. This Verification is their Constitutional Job, while the House was tasked with the actual prosecution.

This is why Pelosi can't release these Articles to the Senate, and YES She did take an Oath to do exactly that! But liberals have never put much stock in Oaths, or in looking for the Truth; especially where a lie will do better for them!

This latest sham took 8 hours, seriously? They saw they were crashing and burning on all the polls, so they limited the damage by rushing to judgement! The articles were passed on a straight party line vote, with no real investigation. But how much could you do in eight hours, and still vote?

It looks like Pelosi can't do her sworn Job, and send these Articles to the Senate; without causing irreparable damage to the DNC! A real quandary for a woman with few skills, who is lying above her pay grade!
Nancy will be under extreme pressure to send the "articles of impeachment" to the Senate. She'll keep them on her desk as long as she can get away with, but eventually she'll have to hand them over.

With the investment they have in this, she can NOT turn it over, or they loose it all.

I wish more posters took the trouble to use their post to help people understand the situation - for what happens in the US affects all of us, wherever in the world we live.
I would like to know what happens if such an impeachment is not followed through to the Senate. What are the Rules or Laws? Does it just expire at a certain date. If they do not process in accordance with the rules, can they start a new impeachment next year so as to mess up the next elections? (Personally, I feel that if they do so, the Dems are about to become a minor party, with as much influence as the other independent parties.)
As Trump keeps saying (hinting), it has been fun to watch them cut their own throats - and...just keep in mind that these are the elitists, the illuminated, the globs, who consider themselves worthy of inheriting the Earth.

That is a great question, since the Rule Of Law REQUIRES Pelosi to turn this over to the Senate when it is done. That should have been Yesterday! This is without Historic precedence, this has never been so badly misused before; for political purposes.
At the Trump Rally in Florida, 24% of the 31,000+ attendees were registered Democrats! With 5% of the total being Democrats that had not voted in the last 4 elections! People here demand things be Fair, and this travesty was anything but fair; and it is repelling all the remaining honest Democrats....
President Trump is correct, these defections should make a crushing difference in 2020!
