India: Supreme Court Lists RBI vs Cryptocurrency Matter On Sept 18
The judicial process is extremely slow in India. We are generally made to wait a lot for the simplest of verdicts. Sometimes it doesn't matter if the verdict can change the nation but the process is so slow that people lose interest in the proceedings.
RBI vs Cryptocurrency is one such scenario where the matter has been pushed forward several times. The apex court of India has set a new date for the hearing now but that is no guarantee that it will actually make it happen.
We've seen a number of dates for matter hearing already with a memes flying around because of these delays.
Nevertheless, I'm hopeful of the court giving a fair verdict or at the very least giving due consideration to the matter before making reaching any verdict on the same.
The Supreme Court of India has listed the matter on 18th of September with judges Indu Malhotra and Rohinton Fali Nariman presiding over the matter.
I'll be back with an update on the same day with further details on this situation as it develops. But we must brace ourselves for the verdict to go sour and at any point not be enraged with the situation but keep calm and work with whatever options we've got.

Yes,very true.Our court has the characteristics of slow working .Though late it will be,but expecting the positive outcomes.Lets see on 18th.
I wouldn't see that we will get any positive results on 18th as well because lots of arguments still be discussed.

No preference currently as prices fluctuate, select the one offering best and withdraw/deposit. Some of those I've mentioned in my previous blogs are doing great event today. I haven't found my favourite as I have in the past with Coinome when they had their spot exchange functioning when INR dep/withdrawals were enabled. Those guys were kicking ass.

Yes, if it is a negative verdict as you say @firepower we should ALL (Crytpto investors and traders) remain calm and collective. Remember Crytpto is gaining traction in the World, and I truly do not think Bureaucrats will stop it from succeeding one way or the other
@firepower, Yes, it's once again the Tarikh Pe Tarikh situation and in my opinion, this subject is really important and in a way it will going to impact Global process too, so delay in this subject is really unfortunate.
And we've saw the continuous two times delay and now we have to see what will going to happen on 18th, hope that it will not going to be the third time skip aspect.
And yes, there are many cases which stretches for so long that, people feel the frustration and for sure System has to be change, and for sure Decentralised Economy will going to bring the solutions for all the fields.
And now we have to wait and see what will be the Verdict is, because for now it reflecting as Mixed subject but we have to wait and see what future holds for the Crypto. But Crypto will be Unstoppable.
