Laws of Karma: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
“As you sow, so shall you reap!”.

Did karma form the character?

Yes, your every action will build your character. Every Action will create an impression on the mind. Repeated action in conscious order will create habits.

Every action has its own result.-(Law of Karma)

Dharma leads to Punya and it leads to sukha.

A good action/moral action(Dharma) leads to merit which again leads to happiness and.

Adharma will lead to papa and this lead to dukkha.

Bad action leads to sin and makes unhappiness.

Now we have to understand the two-term Sanskar(accumulate intellect that we carry) and the destiny(the circumstance come as predestining). The most circumstance is not in our hands(we not choose our religion, our parents, etc) but as we grow we can have our conscious choice to react to each circumstance. This is called free will.
We can only control our actions —not their outcomes. And simultaneously we should never—never—detach from our actions.

Destiny and Action go simultaneously. The present circumstances that you called as density - is the result of the past action that you have done. But your future depends on the choice that you made today.

So the man is the maker of its own destiny

Life is work on how your response to the situation and the circumstances. We always have to understand that we are both transmitter and receiver of the frequency.

As in Bhagavad Gita, Sri Krishna told to Arjuna- You have the choice to fight but the outcome of the war is not your hand. So you have to concentrate on the process-Detach from the results.

Every choice we made in response to the circumstance is to build our character. This is the difference between the warrior and the meak. Warrior continuously hammers and forge himself to build the right character.
