Before we understand the brain rewiring process, first we have to understand the basic how the neuron works. How the neuron transmission happens. We understood that the birds of the same feather flock together neuron that fire together wire together. The inquisitive mind -endless question and answer that create endless wiring and rewiring of the synapses which raise our consciousness through beliefs, feelings, vision, and actions and which will create an everlasting experience in your brain pattern.

Neuron transmission is also known as an action potential. It is a method to transmit signal from one part to other. An action potential is the part of the neuron firing. It is a process when membranes allow the positive charge to enter and negative charge moves out the cell. An action potential is very much essential for the cell-cell -communication.Action potential function through voltage-gated ion channels.
A typical voltage across animal cell membrane is -70mv.
