Today, one of the speaking group's topic is about egg (tamago). Although with the same hiragana, the kanji is different with different propose. The 卵 usually used for egg without cooking, and the 玉子 represent cooked egg. In Hong Kong, people also like eating egg. There are different kinds of cooking method.

今週のテーマは”たまご”です。たまごは2つの漢字があります、卵と玉子ですね。卵は調理前の卵を指す。一方、玉子は調理したもの。なるほど!香港ではよく”玉子”が見えます。玉子焼き(玉子燒in Chinese)や玉子丼など。日本語のままで、広東語を読みますねw 香港人もよくたまごを食べます。いろいろな食べ方がありますが、ほとんど”玉子”です。生卵は珍しくて、個人的にはお鍋を食べるときしか使いません^^。

今天的會話題目是日語TAMAGO的用法。雖然都是蛋,也叫TAMAGO,但寫漢字時卻有不同的寫法。原來用「卵 」時多指生的,像日本會吃生雞蛋拌飯,那就是用卵。而叫「玉子」的話,都是已經調理過,像玉子燒、玉子丼等等。原來有這樣操作呢!而香港人也常吃蛋,而且花樣也不少呢。

我在日本吃的第一顿就是“玉子丼”,鸡蛋和鸡肉的口感简直棒呆了❤️玉子燒也是超赞的,我自己做的时候经常会卷不起来😂
