Laughter

Laughter is the best medicine, this was phrase heard by everyone growing up and we could relate to it while in our schools. Whenever we felt lonely or depressed in any way shape or form our friends came to our aid making us giggle with their silly jokes. Times were simpler and fun, as time passed on life became tougher we lost friends who were family and made new friends but it wasn’t the same the competitive nature of society had everyone thinking of themselves and we just forgot to laugh at the fun important things in life.

The anxiety grew upon us as the work load of every day office dawned at 9:00 am in the morning and we just struggle through our day. The depression has reached the peak it is about to take over just because we forgot to laugh. Our social circle grew smaller and we found joy in the least important things in life, the materialistic joy was just a temporary high and worse was yet to come. We ignored our close relatives missed the laughter we shared on the dinner table when we were young and life was just fun. We didn’t let anyone come close in our life afraid they might as well leave us behind but this was actually a mistake maybe we could share moments together which would make us laugh when we grow older. The joy to binge watch complete shows is real but wouldn’t it be better to have a friend to watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S with and laugh at Chandler’s sarcasm or Joey’s love of food.

I know life is hard but pick yourself up and see one of your childhood friend I’m sure he hasn’t forgotten lasting moments you had shared together the camping trips together and the pranks on others, you’ll feel as if a refreshed soul that is the ultimate goal. To sit with the best group of friends old and smelly but still considering ourselves young. Having the best time of our lives and remembering the moments that will stay with us till we are lowered in our graves. That is the best part of life laugh and smile at every moment you can because life is too short to be sulking all over the place.

Wow this is really quite brilliant. It's insightful and touching. It's almost sad in a way. We forget the important things in life. We forget to laugh and enjoy our friends, family and life in general. This is a good reminder to not take life too seriously. Nice post

And these are the most important things in life to have fun with family and friends.

This entry really hit me on a deep level. And I've only said this a few times in my couple years on steem.. But this is one of the best blog posts I've read in my entire time here on the platform.

I know there's a language barrier and the grammar nazi in me noticed a few things that could have been cleaner, but the message is what's important in my opinion and you really nailed it!

Your post actually made me a lil emotional and it made me more appreciative as well and it also made me want to laugh with friends and family more. :) Thanks shaheerbari! Thanks for reaching me on a human level that rarely gets this deep.

Yours is the first post I read so far for the laughter quest, so I can't guarantee a vote yet.. But.. I'm highly leaning towards this entry of yours right now and I think it's going to be hard to top it. Well done!

Thank you for your appreciation I tried to give out a message which impacted people other than their daily busy schedule and made them want to reach out to old friends and share memories. And I'll try to improve on my mistakes in the next post.

You're welcome. Credit where credit is due.
If that was your intention you succeeded. I wasn't the only one looks like leaky really liked it too and even said it was brilliant. I agree. I shared it on my Facebook page as well hoping that hopefully someone over there might see it and also feel similar. I think it's a good message! One I think more people would benefit from hearing.
And while I appreciate you trying to work on your grammar I realize English is most likely not your native language, so I understand. I wouldn't worry about it too much but I do also applaud you for trying to work on it in light of all that. Good luck in the contest and I hope more people see this and feel something similar to what I felt! :)

Your comments have a really good vibe, it's 9 in the mirning here and after having talked to you I feel it's going to be a good day

Dear @shaheerbari

This is going to be little bit off-topic comment. Hope you don't mind. As you may know I will be heading to europe soon and I realized that I may be quite busy catching up with Polish family once I see them again.

So I figured that I will extend all delegations for another 1 month (until end of march 2019). Just wanted to let you know :)

Hope you will continue being active and supportive towards our little steemit community we managed to create together.

Yours
Piotr

Thanks for the extension it really means a lot and I will because we have to support each other for a stronger community.

Dear @shaheerbari

I NEED YOUR HELP :) Nothing serious really. But I still hope you can spare few minutes of your time :)

I found out about great contest where winning community can receive a year's delegation worth of 20k SP!

I realized that receiving such a delegation could help greatly to grow our community. After all I'm upvoting each valuable comment. On top of that, I'm doing my best to promote quality content published by other authors and again: I like to reward those who engage with those authors.

I know that it's probably a long shot and most likely our community won't stand a chance in this contest. But I love being the underdog! Let's give them a fair fight :)

Which brings me to my next question, I was wondering if I could count on your support? At this stage I would only need to ask you to comment this post and suggest myself for the contest. Perhaps you could also make another suggestion: @ help.venezuela (this is run by my dear friend @ achim03).

This is just a first round attempt. I hope we can make it to second round hahha :) Naturally I would appreciate if you could ask your friends to help with our little "quest" :)

Let me know what you think? Perhaps you can also share some advises and hopefully we can "do little bit of brainstorming". Would be awesome to win :)

Yours
Piotr

I agree to the statement of laughter is the best medicine. Also, we should do our best to be in peace at any time.

life is too short to be sulking all over the place.

Yeah skulking even if life was long would still be oh so wrong. We do forget the past, and a little laugh or smile can bring back so much of what we have lost.
