Gone are the days when we must go to an actual shop or store to buy our groceries, makeups, clothes or even fresh agricultural products. Yes! Thanks to the internet and further technological advancements, we can just sit at home or in the office and order for a particular good or service to be delivered to you. That’s the power of E-COMMERCE.

In my previous posts about Elysian, I had stated the problems currently facing the E-commerce industry and how Elysian proposes to solve it using Proof of Authority Algorithm, Virtual Reality, Atomic Swaps and Artificial Intelligence to ensure security, privacy and seamless user experience which further promotes expansion and profitability of the E-commerce industry. In this post, I would like to write about the ELYSIAN GROWTH POOL.

ELYSIAN GROWTH POOL

Most times after the Token Generation Event or Crowd sale as some people would often call it, the Blockchain Companies who were once at the mercy of a group of people pleading that they buy their token and have some belief in their platform, often disappear or just totally ignore its community members leaving them with no information as to the progress of the project that’s they had invested in.
The Elysian Growth pool entails how Elysian plans to achieve sustainable growth and unrestricted interactions between its team and community members. The Elysian team knows that community growth is one of the few secrets to a company’s success in the crypto space. This has caused them to develop a strategy which will ensure continued expansion of its community and keep the relation between the team and community members a prime concern.

a. The Elysian Forum: This basically is a medium where communication is passed across. It is said to be similar to Bitcoin talk. Communities get the opportunity to express ideas with each other. Also, any future partnerships or expansion taking place in the company will be communicated to the supporters through this forum

b. Token Integration; Elysian doesn’t want to have dormant community members. So its members who bring up new ideas or introduce new partnerships to the company get rewarded for such tasks after its completion or such members can also decide to use their own tokens to handle such tasks. This makes others who would have also been silent to also get creative as there is an allocation of tokens kept for rewarding members for the tasks they have done that leads to the growth of the company.

c. Voting Rights; As earlier said, partnerships and ideas brought by community members or by the team will be communicated through the Elysian Forum. When such issues are brought up, there is bound to be some disagreement among members on what project to choose or which partnership should be accepted. All decisions will be voted for. For a project approval to be accepted, it must have a 51% yes votes and must pass responsible voting requirements. The team has the rights to reject projects that were not responsibly voted for. Once the votes have been decided, there will be an application fee to be paid by the project sponsors this is to prevent all sorts of irresponsible characters such as spamming the forums with campaigns and fraudulent behaviors.

CONCLUSION
The Elysian growth pool will enable a strong relationship between community members and the Elysian team which will help bring about great ideas and partnerships that can improve and expand the Elysian Platform.
