One AdMan's weekdays - Making office signs for our local theater.
I bet you never thought about how an office sign is made. It is enough for you that there is the necessary information on it, such as the office number or the name of the director / doctor / department...
Honestly, me too... until it became a part of my work.
In my intro post (long time ago) I mentioned that I have something to do with an outdoor advertising.
So now, maybe you will be interested to see a short "how it's made" post related to this topic.
Making office signs for our local theater.
Several such pieces were cut off from a single big leaf of foamed PVC. They will be our signs.
Make them golden-yellow using yellow sticky film.
You think that's just a piece of black film?
Noo! Look closer. Now you can see the letters. They are cut out on the top layer of the sticky PVC film.
Smart robo-machine did its part of the work and transferred the letters from the computer to reality.
Now we just need to remove all unnecessary parts.
Oh... and try to left the dots and commas sitting on their places:))) Ha-ha!
Cover it with a sticky transfering film.
Next, a little of fitting...
a little of magic...
...and voila!
Now, the boys' turn! Drill and screws it's not my job:)))

У нас неоднократно было, что заказчик забирал материал со словами "да я сам поклею!", а на следующий день приходил перепечатывать.
