Maybe it is getting more difficult to outwit others by just socializing.
What I mean by socializing is that for example, let's say you are a manager of a team and you appeal yourself when the capable members have worked hard to achieve a difficult goal while you have done almost nothing.
Another example is that you flatter your boss and get his favor, so your work is evaluated high while your work is no better than others'.
I think it is because companies don't have the resource to promote such useless managers or employees.
The companies desperately need capable managers and employees to defeat other companies, not the ones who are only good at socializing.
Yes, the world is getting better.

Tomorrow, the Mercury enters the realm of Taurus.
Practical expressions and actions are favored in this realm.
Those consultants who use ambiguous and abstract words only to sound better may not do a good job.
Those who are only good at socializing like the above examples may not succeed.
Those who are good at borrowing others' words and speaking as if they had thought it out by themselves, may neither.

It is time people tend to be evaluated according to their results and capabilities, or difference in capability is brutally exposed.
So if you think you are not evaluated fairly, you may have a chance.
For example, a difficult problem arises at your work, and while others have no ways to solve it you find its solution easily, and everyone is surprised at what you can do, and they may reevaluate you.

If you have been learning a new thing and trying to find what you want at its end, you may get into a phase where you learn practical skills.
Let's say you have been learning the logic behind drawings, then maybe you should start to draw by yourself with the logic applied.

If you lost yourself during this realm, do not think but act.
You may understand its meaning later.

ひょっとしたら、器用に世渡りをしていくのが難しくなってるのかもしれない。
例えば、優秀な部下を使って成果を上げることで、自分は大した役割も果たさずに、口八丁で役員から評価されるとか。
例えば、上司におべっかを使い寵愛を受けることで、仕事で高評価を受ける、とか。
それっていうのは会社に余裕がなくなってきてるからだと思うんだよね。
本当に優秀な人を起用し、優秀な人にぶら下がっているだけの人は淘汰しないと、会社がやっていけなくなってるのかもしれない。

そういう中での、水星牡牛座入り。
より具体的で、実践的な言葉を持つ人が活躍しやすい時かなと思う。
抽象的な言葉で何か表現した気になってるコンサルさんとかは、不遇な時。
器用に世渡りをしていく人も、他人の言葉を自分なりの言葉に焼き直すだけでなんかやった気になっているだけの人も、底の浅さを露呈してしまう時。

きちんと成果・実力に沿って評価が行われやすい時、真の実力が露呈しやすい時なので、自分の待遇がフェアでないと感じていた人には、チャンスの時なのかもしれない。
例えば、業務で難題が持ち上がり、みんなが右往左往する中、口下手で自分を上手くアピールできない人が動じることなくさっそうと解決して評価爆上げ、とかね。

何かスキルを身につけようとしていて、自分の目指す方向性を探っていた人は、次は実践に入っていく時かなと思う。
すぐに水星が天王星とコンジャンクションを形成するので。
実践する段階になって、「この理論はこういう意味があったのか」とか。
もしくは、逆に理論は実践では役に立たないなと思ってしまうことがあるのかもしれない。

迷ったら、なんでもいいので、手を動かすといい時かなと思う。
その価値や意味は、あとで分かるのではないかな。
