And you may need to follow steps and existing rules which you feel not right because people will doubt your morality if you violate them before collecting consents.

For example, you are in a community which provides readings and discussions with a charge, and its rule prohibits even quoting them outside.
I think it's quite a tyranny.
You pay for it, and you are not allowed to use it outside.
You are allowed to quote books by law, and you are not allowed to quote the readings in the community, funny.
The rules are rules, so you need to obey them unless the rules are changed, though.

Your opinion may be heard positively.
But situations may not allow changing the rules.
So keep your opinion in mind and if one day you get popular enough to host a community, negotiate with the people at the community platform so members can quote the readings in the community.

やはり、手順・既存のルールを守った上で、主張するしかないのかなと思う。
手順・既存のルールを守らずに主張しても、「そりゃそれがお前にとって都合がいいからだろ」と反論されるだけかなと思う。
例えば、サロン内の文章を外部公開のブログで引用したら、サロンから規約違反でバンされて。
個人的に思うのは、引用すらできないって横暴だと思うし、たぶん、裁判で争ったら、サロン内の文章の引用はOKにすべき、って結論になるんじゃないかなと思ってる。
本からの引用も法律的に許されてるわけですからね。
弁護士じゃないんで知らんが。
なので、まずはサロン内の文章引用NGはおかしいよね、と問題提起して、同意をえられて規約が変わってから、外部公開のブログで引用するようにしたほうがいいかなと思う。

あなたの主張の、周囲の受けはいいのではないかなと思う。
むしろ煽ってきたりして。
ただまあ、現段階であなたの主張が取り入れられるかというと、微妙なとこかなと思うけど。
いずれあなたがサロンオーナーになった時に、サロンプラットフォーム側と交渉し、引用くらいはできるようにしたらいいと思うので。
