Many of us listened a story Race between Turtle and Rabit. This story is very popular in India and I don’t know about the rest world. Mostly people think that this is a story of Rabit and Turtle race but it’s not only a story of racing. A great message or moral is hidden behind the story of this race. Many of us have not listened about this story.

So first I narrate the story in brief

One day a rabbit was boasting about how fast he could run. He was laughing at the turtle for being so slow. Turtle challenged him to a race. The rabbit thought this was a good joke and accepted the challenge. .

The rabbit got to the halfway point and could not see the turtle anywhere. He was tired and decided to stop and take a short nap. He thought even if the turtle passed him, he would easily win the race. On the other hand the turtle kept walking step by step.

However, the rabbit slept longer than he had thought and woke up. He could not see the turtle anywhere! He went at full speed to the finish line but found the turtle there waiting for him.

Here Rabbit is a symbol of Proudyness, overconfidense
AND
Turtle is a symbol of sincerety ,hard working and continuous effort.
The purpose of to write this story is that this story belongs to a comman man of complete universe who slowly slowly fulfill their dreams by continuous efforts.
The main message of this story is that turtle wins the race not because the rabbit was slept,
because he didn’t break their continuity.
Its not a story it’s a reality in which we are also living.
