Trivia : What do a Moringa and a Dragon Fruit have in Common?
How the Moringa tree is leaning against the backyard wall, it has come to a point where its' weight is making the wall lean back to the field where leaving it further will totally topple the wall in the future. Cutting the main trunk was the only option but not totally ruining the whole tree by leaving a younger trunk standing. Requesting my brother for a smaller piece to plant elsewhere, i left it leaning to the wall and watered it together with my other plants. This trunk totally greeted me with great news this morning, a sprouting baby branch with its' baby leaves.
Although its' base looked dried-up, the bark is still fresh when you want to check and cut a little part. I was just waiting to see some growth before planting it.
Because the size warranted about a foot depth hole, i think one can get away with a bit less depth so long as it won't be toppled by the wind. Obviously, a strong foundation means it will be more sturdy against the elements.
Suddenly, i remembered the girlfriend!
I think they're sweet, aren't they?
As some branches are erring away, I might as well plant them elsewhere and I thought of the moringa. They can share its' water like a couple having a single shower to conserve water. As the moringa is shorter, that dragon fruit will be finding another boyfie sooner or later as its' eyes are wondering already.
Typical couple, innit?
As a gift, i will provide a yearly honeymoon suite for them to thrive. Won't that be wonderful for our miracle tree and superfruit's honeymoon?
Wait, wait for their babies!!!
What do they have in common?
Both are antioxidants, which are important in fighting free radicals in preventing abnormal cells. Please feel free to read about the moringa and the dragon fruit with the attached links. From there you can see that both are loaded with health benefits. Further research is needed please to find other related articles about these two.
