House update 7/16/18; The house is completely gutted.

The house is coming a long great! We've finally got the whole place gutted. This is what it looks like now that there are no walls. Kind of cool! You can see the whole skeleton of the house. I think it is neat seeing all the way through the place like this. That flat thing dangling from the ceiling in the kitchen is actually a light. It is the back of a flat screen TV. The backlight. Pretty cool huh? Probably make a good grow light too HA HA.

All we got left now before we start on the roof, is take out the furnace.
The stud on the bottom along the edge of the foundation in the kitchen and living room was in the worst shape. The wood was completely rotten. So our hired help started replacing the sections that needed replacing with new wood. In order to do this, these sections of the walls need to be detached as he goes along the edge leaving them to stand free like this. Meaning I have no walls in these areas he is working on HA HA. The studs are just dangling there.

Hopefully next time we should be ready to do the roof. We have one hole to fix and the siding. And then we should be ready to turn it back into a new house. It is getting exciting now!
