Norwegian Guests to the Daddykirbs Farm!
Last year I was so fortunate to be able to visit Norway and stay with this amazing family. It truly was life changing. We bonded so well as family that they decided to leave their Norwegian borders to brave the wild wild west! LOL Ok, so my Texas farm isn't so wild, but it is TEXAS!
Today, after enjoying some coffee and some potatoes with eggs, we shared time with these activities.
Corn Hole Game
At the time of this posting @oysteinholand is the undefeated champion. Three games played and three games won. Nice work @oysteinholand , but I'm still holding onto a hope that I can win a game before your visit is up!
Milking and Medicating a Goat
I wish I could say that Fawn, this brown goat, was being milked for drinkable dairy, but no... she is struggling with mastitis. She needs drained before being medicated. Having the extra hand there to hold the goat was very helpful.
Riding Maggie The Horse
There are two things that come with visiting Texas. Shooting guns and riding horse! Well, we haven't shot any guns yet, but Maggie behaved real well for a ride around the farm for our two guests.
