I hope all my chef friends are well. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite grace of Allah, I am also well. I have come to participate in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.74 competition organized by @mvchacin mam in the Steemit Iron Chef community with a great recipe. This week of the competition, I will share the recipe for Motichur Laddu with gram flour. Those who have never made these laddus can also follow this recipe and make Motichur Laddus like the ones in the shop effortlessly. Today I am sharing that simple and great recipe with you.

Motichur Laddu made from gram flour is a very popular laddu. Motichur Laddu is very popular in different places and it is also very delicious to eat. The ingredients used to make Motichur Laddu made from gram flour are beneficial for our health. We have made delicious gram flour Motichur Laddu with a combination of gram flour, almonds, pure ghee and sugar. Once someone eats it, they will want to eat it again and again. So without further delay, I am sharing the recipe of Motichur Laddu made from gram flour with you.

I am sharing with you the ingredients that I used to make Motichur Laddu made from gram flour.👇👇

Step 1:

  • To make the dough, I took two cups of gram flour in a mixing bowl. I added a pinch of salt to the gram flour. Adding salt to sweet food doubles the taste of the food. Now I mixed the salt and gram flour very well. I added normal temperature water to the gram flour little by little and kept stirring. There is no need to add too much water at once. I made a very thick gram flour batter by adding water little by little. While making the batter, you have to ensure that the batter does not become too thin. I beat the gram flour batter for about two minutes. Now the gram flour batter is ready.

Step 2:

  • Now I put a pan on the stove. I put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, when the oil becomes slightly hot, I spread the gram flour batter in a small amount in the pan. I made small molds like pan cakes with the gram flour batter. While making them, there is no need to fry them in too much oil, but you have to be careful that the inside does not remain raw. I fried them on both sides for 1 minute and took them out. In the same way, I will make them like cakes with the entire batter.

Step 3:

  • After making everything, I waited for some time for it to cool down. When it cooled down, I tore it with my hands and cut it into small pieces.

Step 4:

  • Now take the pieces little by little in a blender cup and blend them. After blending them, they will look like bread crumbs. They should not be crushed too much, they should be kept in this way.

Step 5:

  • At this stage, I put a pan on the stove and added one cup of sugar. For one cup of sugar, I added half a cup of water. You need to add half the amount of water as sugar. Then I stirred the sugar and mixed it with the water. When the sugar melts, I added a pinch of cardamom powder, it will add a very nice aroma. I stirred everything again and mixed it.

Step 6:

  • When the sugar melts and becomes sticky, I add yellow food coloring to give the laddu a beautiful color. Then I stir it and mix it, now the sugar syrup is ready. At this point, I add the crushed gram flour breadcrumbs.

Step 7:

  • After adding the breadcrumbs to the sugar mixture, keep stirring continuously. After some time, you will see that the breadcrumbs have mixed well with the sugar mixture. At this stage, I added two tablespoons of ghee, ghee will add a wonderful flavor to the laddu. So, ghee cannot be omitted in any way. Then I stirred everything and fried it for about two minutes.

Step 8:

  • After adding everything, in the last stage of preparing the laddu mixture, you have to add chopped almonds of your choice. I had cashews on hand, I chopped them and added them to the mixture, then stirred everything and mixed it. Now the mixture for Motichur Laddu is ready, remove it from the stove.

Step 9:

  • After removing the mixture from the stove, I spread it out. When the mixture cooled down a bit, I smeared a little ghee on my palms and took a little of the mixture and pressed it into the shape of a laddu. I made laddus of the entire mixture in the same way.
