And also Sometimes the developer will not focus only on a test and also to be able to maintain a support for the distribution system itself.

Sometimes, we know that there is software that can still be done for a manual compilation which is for this Red Hat linux, but also not by default as from the RPM package and nor is it officially supported on Red Hat itself. The same is true for the other way around, depending on a software system.

2. Decrease in productivity

Basically there are a lot of habits which are a lot to break. if you're already used to a distribution that was never based on Red Hat, like, let's say, Debian linux, then lo and behold you've probably developed a habit that you'll have to break with later and also if you move to Red Hat.
