[01.04.21] 기분좋은 4월 첫날, 하지만 유럽에서는... can be the first day of April also a good day in Austria ?

오늘부터 오스트리아는 또다시 코로나로 인하여 락다운에 들어갔습니다, 식료품이나 약을 구하기 위해 외출하는 것을 제외하고, 바깥활동을 하다가 경찰에게 적발 되는 경우, 벌금을 부과할 수 있습니다.
*건강상 산책 정도는 가능하다고 하네요.

From today, Austria has again started lockdown due to coronavirus, except for going out to get food or medicine, if you are caught by the police while being seen outside, you may be fined.

작년에도 이 시기(3~4월)에 락다운을 했었습니다. 우리나라는 지금까지 한번도 봉쇄조치로 인한 외출금지, 상점폐쇄가 강제되지 않았는데 오스트리아는 벌써 이제 4번째 락다운입니다. 이제는 락다운을 하는 의미도 모르겠습니다, 이걸 한다고 해서 추가확진자를 없앨수 있는것이 아니라, 잠깐 주춤한다고 해도 락다운을 다시 해제 할 경우, 확진자가 또 증가하게됩니다.

Last year, I was locked down during this period (March-April 2020). Korea has never experienced Lockdown or such things, but in Austria is already the fourth lockdown. I don't even get what it means to containment with these measures anymore, this doesn't mean that you can get rid of additional corona cases, but even if you get less cases for a while, if you release the lockdown again, the number of confirmed cases will increase again.

원래는 4월의 일주일간만 락다운기간으로 의논이 되었는데 다시 연장되어 4월11일까지 유효합니다. 내용을 살펴보자면,

• 상점과 사람간 접촉이 있을 수 있는 모든 서비스업의 경제활동이 중단됩니다. 대형슈퍼마트(체인점 : Hofer, Spar, Merkur, Lidl 등)과 약국은 제외합니다.

• 마트 입구에서 코로나 Antigen 테스트 후에 음성결과도출 시 입장 가능합니다. 이번 락다운 이후 다시 출입시 코로나 검사 규정이 없어집니다.

• 일반적인 식료품만 구매 가능하고, 가구 또는 꽃 또는 장난감 등 음식이 아닌 물건들은 판매가 불가합니다. 하지만 슈퍼마트 Hofer나 Spar에서는 판매가능. (어이없는 내로남불)

• 외출 금지 (식료품, 의료검진 등 사유가 있을경우만 가능)

• FFP2 마스크 착용 의무는 없지만 어떤 마스크이건 항상 폐쇄된 공간에서는 착용해야함, 위반시 벌금.

Originally, it was discussed as a lockdown period for only one week in April, but it became extended again and is valid until April 11th. Let's take a look at the details,

• The economic activity of all service industries where there may be contact between individuals. Large supermarkets (chain stores: Hofer, Spar, Merkur, Lidl, etc.) and pharmacies are excluded.

• After the Corona Antigen test at the entrance of the mart, you can enter when a negative result is proved. After this lockdown, the corona inspection regulations will disappear when entering.

• Only general groceries can be purchased, and non-food items such as furniture or flowers or toys cannot be sold. However, it can be sold at Super Mart Hofer or Spar. (I'm not fooling around)

• Prohibition of going out (only for reasons such as food, medical checkup, etc.)

• There is no obligation to wear an FFP2 mask, but any mask must be worn in a closed space at all times, fine for violation.

언제쯤 다시 유럽도 정상적으로 돌아갈수있을지.. 우리나라보다 경제적으로 타격이 훨씬 큰 걸로 압니다 , 거기는 재테크도 활성화 되어있지 않습니다. 이해하기 힘든 코로나 규제들이 많아 답답합니다, 하루빨리 빛을 보는 날이 오기를 기도합니다.

When will Europe be able to return to normal again? I know that the impact is much bigger economically than Korea, and financial investing like in Korea is not active there. There are many corona regulations that are difficult to understand, so it is frustrating. Hope good days come to us again as soon as possible.
