Well, I am pleased to share my first participation in @steem-cameroon community in form of transferring my acknowledgement on very informative and interesting theme of the week which is practice in life for living healthier lifestyle.

Thanks @steemitblog for getting us chance to share our knowledge and get a chance to win and enhance our steemit Power as well. Hopefully my participation will be meet the requirements of engagement challenge.

🍎 What do you understand by this statement? An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away❣️

In very simple words to under the meaning of this term which is originated from 19 century to acknowledge us for living healthier lifestyle.

Well, It means , If we intake healthy meals in our diet plan then definitely we will be living healthier life and we will not need any doctor often to see.

❣️What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)✍️

Live healthy and happy life is always first priority in our plan of daily routine. For practice it, we should first go for outside in early morning time for inhaling 🍃 fresh air and feel the natural beauty of nature. Ensure you will feel light and positive starting of your day.

An other is to intake healthy and fresh juice of any fresh and seasonal fruit which will be definitely good for immune system and boosting well yourself.

Last but not least, Spend healthy and happy time with your family, kids and in productive activities and in the company of your loving family and friends that's give your good will gesture for living healthier and Happier life.

❣️How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?🧖

I am now 29 years old and mother of two beautiful kids. I spent my life in ups and down scenario. I face my hardships and accept challenges to live happy and healthy life with my family. I learn a lot from time and my supportive family and loving friends. For this purpose, I follow these above practices in life and now I am here for support my family through an productive platform as well.

❣️What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?💖

Well, By the Grace of Almighty Allah, I am living healthier , happier and satisfying life along with my kids and husband. I used to feed them Healthy lifestyle and healthy meal that's give them too energetic and keep save from illness.

❣️Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain💞

Yes, Definitely these are commonly practice in our daily routine. If we focus on then to carry on by strong and positive will power then definitely everyone can engage and enjoy too by adopting and following these habits with open heart.

❣️What health tips would you give steemians?💙

Steemit it self very loving and productive freelancing platform through many people earn to fulfill the needs of their family members and financial support as well. I just want to say

✨ Be patience belief on Almighty Allah in achievement of your life targets

✨ Stay away from junk food , Try to eat home made fresh and healthy meal

✨ Busy your self in healthy and kind acts for living healthier and peaceful life

It is so painful that a lot of us do not know the negative effect of junk foods. This food contains a lot of cholesterol and high soluble sugar which is not good for our health and is a major risk factor for obesity. Obesity is a risk factor to so many diseases including cardiovascular diseases.

Thank you for sharing Useful information about healthy living you're right Fruit and Vegetables should be part of our diet on alternate day and the fruit are needed to the body maybe seasonal and similarly vegetables because certain nutrients are present in a fruit and vegetable which must be taken in diet for the proper functioning. your family is looking so cute love from me yeah intake of junk food is becoming popular with the every passing day but ultimately itly to different different cardiac diseases with the passive time we should avoid from it and paper to homemade food I wish you very good luck for the contest
