Steem Cameroon Contest - My Short Movie Script: Combat (Fight at the Market Square) Body

An interesting contest once again in this wonderful community and it will be my pleasure to share my participation. Fight at the market square is what we see almost every other day when we go to the market. Here I'm going to review a creative story with the title Price Disagreement between Adaeze and Amaka

It is a rainy day and Ada came out to sell her hot tea as usual because many people love taking tea during the rainy day. Ada kept selling to people as she was well known by all. She knows her customers and they too know how she sells her tea and bread.

Since it is in the market square and Adaeze is the only person selling this tea, she made it so expensive. People around never had an option but to drink from her. As time passes by, they became very used to it and then don't bother asking prices any longer.

On this faithful day, Amaka came to the market as well. Since she was cold and needed something hot, she also went to take the tea like other people. She said people sitting down in Adaeze's corner and she sat down too. She never asked about the price because everyone coming dear didn't also ask for the price.

Unknowingly to her, they already knew the price so there was no need to ask again before this time Amaka always talks tea at her neighbour's place at home at the rate of $1. She taught it should be the same or even less since it is the market. So she didn't bother to ask.

After she was served her tea, she finish drinking just like others and then she remove the usual $1 she pays at home to pay Adaeze but she was told that her money was $5. A serious shock entered her and she began exchanging words with Adaeze saying what exactly made it that amount.

They both become very angry and they started exchanging words with each other. Those at the shop and around the market also guided around and as they kept insulting and talking to each other, it got to a time where they all started physical combat.

Those present said they should allow them since they feel they have eaten enough. They fought until they both got tired and finally, those in charge of the market law came around and asked what the matter was but after listening from both parties, they decided to punish Amaka for coming to fight Adaeze in her own shop.
