Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 Week 4 : An Apple a Day Keeps The Doctor Away

I welcome you all to my well constructed blog once again as I participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge SEC S8-W4 in this great community. Here is my well constructed entry.
This is a great statement of crucial import. It simply means great preventive measures are the bat ways of staying clear from illnesses and complications. The trend of chronic sicknesses and complication has been on the toll, therefore prevention is usually the best way of staying clear of those complications.
Taking good healthy therapy and regular routine checks on health are the best ways of conquering certain diseases and illnesses. These healthy therapy ranges from choosing right diet, abstinence from certain food and also other great approach towards maintaining a good healthy lifestyle.
I have healthy routine which I always adopt and which also works for me too. It is part of my daily lifestyle, these are explained thus;
My diets are always the proper ones for me, I do not take so much food rich in fat, as stored up fat grows to high cholesterol level in the body arteries and veins and which could cause cardiac dysfunction such as cardiac failure or high blood pressure too. I try hard to eat the white meatsource such as chicken instead of red meat sources such as pork, mutton, beef, which is also a cholesterol trigger. I also try out fish too, most often than not. I avoid caffeine as it is also dangerous when taken in excess as it alters the sleep cycle.

Water is a natural medicine and the import of water cannot be over emphasised. It is a great health tonic. I take water first thing when I wake up every morning it flushes my system.and revitalizes my visceral organs, clearing my bowels and excreting waste through my urinary tracts after micturition /urination. Staying hydrated is a life hack to staying free from various diseases and health complications. It is also a great news to know since 2020 I have not taken any pill as water does the magic for me! Water is my routine habit that keeps me healthy.
I have an exercise routine drill too. I must say I am not much of an athlete but J really try hard to keep fit. I perform a drill of early morning jogging. A perfect stadium is behind my house, therefore I make it a point of duty to go out jogging every morning and run the stadium about 3 times before coming home. I use my ear plugs as I play music too to make the exercise fun too for me. Exercise balances the breathing process in respiration and develops the cardiac muscle in pumping of blood during heart beat. Generally, exercise is the regulator of the circulatory system.
Sleeping is a way of regulating the body activities. The body is never a machine and occasionally resting during breaks during the day is really important. Therefore good sleeping habits helps the brain to rest and controls the overall activity of the nervous system if the body. Sleeping fights stress and enhances a healthy body from sickness and illness.
I always make it a point of duty taking fruits every week. I map out 3 days every week to have a fruit bathe. I consume assorted fruits on these special days. I bathe my system with fruits which supplies enough vitamins for the aid the body defence in fighting against diseases and boosting the body immunity. I also take veggies in various forms such as soup, veggie blend and so on. It helps provide essential minerals in the body for.proper metabolism.
I went through the best of high schools in my city. My dad was keen about giving us the best of education. I must say I want from the best of teachers on keeping a healthy routine to live long and stay healthy.
Importantly, my mum is a nurse by profession and that sums it all. The major secret to maintaining such habit which has become a regular habit to me. She has been in the profession for about 10 years and she make a the rules as regards healthy routine we observe. I obediently obliged to her instructions and it is working for me. This is the major reason behind my healthy living so far.

Water Therapy flushes excess impurities through processes of excretion such as urination and also give the visceral organs a good balance, properly regulating metabolism in the body. Water therapy as a habit has done more harm than good. I feel good and it has cleared all forms of health problems since I started the habit, you can try it out today.
Exercise drills burn excess cholesterol in form of calories. These calories burn in form of sweat which excretes wastes and impurities from the body too, thereby making the body strong and healthy once again.
Good sleep has aided me so well. Whenever I am stressed out and unable to blog, with a good sleep I wake up revitalized with new ideas and approach towards the way I view topics. It makes me creative and bring our the beat out of me as regards productivity.
Fruit and vegetables provide vitamins which fight diseases and replenishes worn out tissues in the body. Vegetables provide minerals and veggies are natural blood boosters. The Vegetables is a blood bank as it builds up large amount of blood in a short while.
I do think everyone coul engage in these habits. It basically requires discipline and determination. I do know exercise is quite tasking, but the more we do it the better our circulatory system becomes, making us healthier and stronger as the day goes by.
Furthermore, the water therapy can also be done by everyone, you can start with at least 2 litres per day. It could flush your system clean of impurities. Making the health of everyone to be at it's best form.
Additionally, fruits and vegetables are easily accessible and readily available, take fruit diets most often and see how healthy you could be. I believe everyone can engage in carrying out these habits too.
Meditation is a great habit which I feel steemians should imbibe as it is a physical and mental exercise. It aids relaxation, in cases in which you can't sleep, meditation would be the simple activity that can help you out in relieving stress.
Music is a form of relaxation. You can do lovely music too. It inspires my writing drill, therefore I would suggest we try nice music slow and steady when writing, you would be shocked at the magic It would do for you. Music makes creative writing flow naturally. I guess we should all try it out.
Sleep is really important as it shuts down your mind making you rest to enable productivity and vitality when you awake. Sleep is a drill for everyone, try so hard to sleep everyday even if it is at least 3 hours. I guess it would supply good health to the people.
Conclusively, a good healthy habit is really a prerequisite for long life and healthy living. Good health is not far fetched. Healthy living is quite easy to adapt. I do hope we enjoyed my part in sharing my health experience and ideas with the great community. An apple a day definitely keeps the doctor away.

Hola amigo el agua nos ayuda a purificar nuestro organismo ya que limpia todas las impurezas acumuladas de las comidas, además de una buena rutina de ejercicios diarios también contribuyen a una buena salud, y lo mas importante el descanso debemos tratar de dormir por lo menos unas 8 horas diarias suerte en el concurso amigo

I agree with you to take fruit regularly in our diet as our body contain certain nutrients and vitamins which are present in food and needed for the proper functioning of body I am totally agree with you we should take seasonal fruits on regularly with rotation and water intake and definitely is the basic need of our body as it give proper hydration and clear the body from any impurities and maintain the proper glow of our skin. yeah you are very right proper sleep is needed to body for brain functioning because if you are not taking 6 to 8 hour need hour body normal functionality is disturbed and we felt in the condition of distress thank you for this Useful information success.
