Hello my dear steemit friends I want to use this greatest opportunity to greet you all my lovely, beautiful and awesome friends on this amazing and helpful platform call steemit and also wish everyone success in life. A appreciation to #steemit community and #steemvenezuela

   WEEKLY SPORTS EXERCISE 
My weekly sports exercise basically on five (5) different ways of exercise , at the matter of fact, I am having a little problem with my waste, but with the help of the exercise I start feeling some relief without taking any medicine.

My first weekly sports exercise goes on stretching of my hand and my waste, such exercise enable my waste to be active and free from some premature pain because it sheak everywhere and the of sheaking it helps in re-balancing it

My second weekly sport challenge exercise goes on stretching of my waste by bending and taking my hands through the back side these exercise also help my waste to be active for easy Ben or ton

My third weekly sports exercise goes on bending of the most important join in my body which helps me in free movement, and that joint is called Nile which enables me to stand balance and move freely

My fourth weekly exercise goes on stretching of my two hands and to the front and one of my let to the back,by we seeing it, it looks common but this exercise is very good and important for our fitness

My fifth weekly sports exercise goes on push up that is my favourite exercise that I love and also I like to do it always because since when I was a child I love doing it and it due give joy when ever I find myself doing it

Conclusion, I will like to use this opportunity to encourage everyone including me to involve ourselves in exercise, exercise is not something we do for doing,this is something that helps our health (system). Therefore, please let happen ourselves by involving in exercise it helps alod , your body system and even the body structures
