Cervo, seconda parte
Tornando indietro dalla passeggiata del borgo di Cervo, siamo entrate in questo negozietto dove un gentile signore ci ha fatto assaggiare delle olive molto particolari: olive taggiasche candite con lo zucchero di canna, quindi olive dolci da abbinare con i formaggi. Erano talmente buone che un vasetto lo abbiamo comprato! La produzione viene dal frantoio di Sant’Agata di Oneglia dal 1827. Il loro olio è stato classificato dalla rivista Forbes tra i 10 migliori oli al mondo!
Dopo aver comprato le olive siamo andate a mangiare in una piccola osteria dove cucinano anche la pizza, abbiamo mangiato bene e a basso prezzo!
Il clima non era dei migliori ma almeno non ha piovuto!
