A walk to the beach and more signs of spring
Today before lunch I decided to get out for a walk since it was a nice day, instead of driving to the beach I decided to walk to a beach down the road, and by down the road I mean a little over a mile away, I did a total of 10K steps on this walk, I enjoy getting a walk-in at least 4 or 5 days a week if I can it helps keep me in a good frame of mind.
Now I did say it was a walk to the beach but I did spot some more signs of spring along the way so let me start with a shot of some flowers which I believe are crocus, but I could well be wrong as I am terrible with remembering names of people let alone flower :)

Now I often would have got down on my knees or lower to get more shots of them from different angles, but today my knees and back are complaining so I just shot these looking down, and by the way nothing seriously wrong with either my knees or back, just injuries I got when I was young and crazy, occasionally decide to remind me I am not as young as I used to be.
Now it was a bit overcast and dull at the time I went for my walk, but I still looked for things to get shots of for this post, including this sign on the footpath

This mirror and its reflection on a tree on the side of the road caught my eye

And here is the beach I walked to Gulf Beach, a beach I often visit in the evenings for sunsets, but it's been ages since I visited this beach, but soon I will be getting there more often I am sure

As you can see from the last shot nobody on the beach but a couple of the pier, so the seagulls had the beach to themselves

That shot of the construction sign is awesome. I could totally see a group like @steemflagrewards using it as their logo or something like that :) Our temps have been crazy lately. 40 one day, 50's the next. It is hard to keep track of which season it is. I still think we have at least one good snow coming our way before things wrap up for the season.
Totally awesome resource :D for SFR, maybe not for a logo, but for most flagging/downvoting posts. Or some annoucements. Flagger(s) down the road, heh :)
Yeah when i saw it and took the shot I thought of the downvoters here but totally forgot to mention in when I wrote th post LOL
yeah the temps still bouncing around, almost 60s yesterday and 40s here today
The crocus is one of the harbingers of Spring, so Spring is comming in big steps I think. Beautiful photos as always JJ, and photographing the crocus from above was not so wrong because of the flower pistils 😊
This "Flagger ahead" sign is funny so see here on Steem(it) :)
In the age we are paying for the fun we had in our youth 😉

in days of old there was !COFFEEA and !BEER, which is kind of !DERANGED when you think about it
In times like these it's easy to forget unneccessary things like stupid flaggers ;)

Looks like Spring is on its way. I have been reading 'signs of Spring' so often the last few days.
Getting old is a pain isn't it? Especially when your mind is not ready. 😊
Indeed it does look like signs of spring are popping up everywhere i hope it comes in full force soon I need some colors ;)
