My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2021....... High Five Friday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
TGiF 🌟💫 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. The weekend is upon us and I am glad you stopped by yet again 👏. The day has been wonderful, it's nearly bedtime 😴 but before that let me quickly ran you through my day.
So as usual I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. As always brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 towards the automaticwin 🙌.
That happened just before ten o'clock on a beautiful sunny 🌞 morning. Then I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while. Next was some time online checking my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally nothing much happening, just some political shenanigans 😹. The plannedemic still exists but with low positive cases 👏.
Globally, still the same with the plannedemic, vaccine issues and stuff.
Still protests in Myanmar and india too.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still being a good beast 😹, powering up to 55k. The DeFi alts going bananas and nuts 😹. Definitely a bull 🐂 market like never seen before.
I did watch some crypto analysis videos and also handled the daily cleaning chores.

Then later in the afternoon I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. Then got into my usual afternoon nap 💤.
Got up later feeling great 💪 then continued watching some of the earlier videos and news.
The Europeans happy that president Biden is willing to cooperate and work with them👏; unlike that selfish America first policy the last 4 years. There will be lots of mending fences and restoring broken ties and trust.
As the evening approached, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset ⛅🌇 walk. Followed the usual route and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
