일단 장보기 시작하면 1시간에서 1시30분 정도 소요되고 약 7,000 ~ 8,000 보 걷는것 같습니다.
오늘도 가볍게 10,000 보 조금 넘게 걸었네요. 남은 일요일 휴일 가족분들과 행복하게 보내세요.
