My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2020
The last couple of days have been very wet—a stark contrast from the extreme heat and bushfires. That seems like a distant memory now. Now the coronavirus and the panic buying of toilet rolls. What has the world come to? It’s concerning to see how society can break down very easily. I didn’t gym today but I guess my step count was up today as I was rocking the baby to sleep this evening whilst @leysa watched Emma at the movies. When she got home, I recorded @organduo’s Organ ABC and uploaded it to Contrebombarde.
Bottoms up! Last night my friend, Jack, and I went out for a drink and what we have been calling “mental health sessions”. It’s great to be able to offload our thoughts and concerns without judgement to each other. We have known each other since high school and we both have young families. At this stage of our lives, it’s not so convenient to catch up but it’s definitely worth it.
