Do you like running in the heat?
To me a lot, it gives me a sense of satisfaction once I reach the finish dripping with sweat! 😂
The first few times it's a tragedy but then I get used to it.
My favorite time is 4pm only high hot asphalt and few people around ... few people once! From after the quarantine everyone to walk or bike! I don't know better or worse and I don't care.
The only problem of 4pm that I can't bring the hot asphalt puppy is too hot in general !!
But quiet puppy for you I always have the dedicated ride with fresh bath in the ditches and crazy runs in the shade of some trees! :)

A me tantissimo, mi da senso di soddisfazione una volta a traguardo grondante di sudore!😂
Le prime volte è una tragedia ma poi mi ci abituo.
Il mio orario preferito sono le 16 sole alto asfalto caldo e poca gente in giro... poca gente una volta!! Da dopo la quarantena tutti a camminare o in bici! Meglio o peggio non lo so e non mi interessa.
L’unico problema delle 16 che non posso portare il cucciolo asfalto rovente è troppo caldo in generale!!
Ma tranquillo cucciolo per te ho sempre il giro dedicato con bagno fresco nei fossi e corse pazze all’ombra di qualche albero!:)
