メカジキのソテーの思い出/My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2020
2014年の初夏に、料理が超上手なお友達のお家でホームパーティーしました。
これはその時の写真です。
いつもFacebookの写真をみていて、本当にお料理が上手なんだろうなとは思ってました。
しかし、実物を食べてみてその美味しさにもう感動モノでした。
一番印象に残っているのがメカジキのソテーなのです。
私はそれまでメカジキってなんとなく脂っこいイメージが何故かあったのです。
何故なのだろう…おいしくないイメージが何故かあった…。
それがこのお友達の作ってくれたメカジキのソテーがとんでもなく美味しかったのでした。
このホームパーティー以降、メカジキに対する気持ちが変わりました。
しかし、うちの一番近所のスーパーマーケットでは滅多にメカジキが売ってなくて手に入りません。
今度注意して見ておいて、売り場にあったらソテーを作ってみようかな。
今日は一度帰宅してから再度出かけたりしたので、歩数は大幅にのびました。
久しぶりの9,300歩台。充実です。
