情绪崩溃的时候我也觉得自己像个疯子,连自己都不认识自己了,就是莫名其妙脾气暴躁。
不能控制管理自己的情绪是件很可怕的事,情绪之后有愧疚有懊悔,但是内心又有个声音在烤问自己,又有谁在乎过你的情绪如何呢?
道理都懂,可真的执行起来好累
