Scroll down to the voting box, type 'dhaka.witness' and cast your vote.

We have the ability to reduce rewards. We do this process through the @anti.abuse account.

Direct downvote is not given from this account. It just completes the process. Abuse Watcher has a downvote capabilities of 18 million SP.
