jsBLURT project dev update - /deleg command added.

Hello, this is @joviansummer. I'm developing a BLURT blockchain explorer on Telegram messenger. If you're interested, please check the link below:

A new command, "/deleg" has been added. This command gives you BP delegation information. You can check your active & expiring delegations.

Start a chat session with "jsblurt_bot" on Telegram and send a command as follows to see @joviansummer's delegation information.

/deleg joviansummer

You can see @joviansummer has active delgation to @jsup from the above screenshot.

Now, jsBLURT has 4 commands. Start a Telegram chat session with "jsblurt_bot" and try them.

/help: show help message
/stat: account status information
/wstat: witness status information
/deleg: delegation information

When completed, I'm planning to port this project to STEEM.
