RE: The Diary game|| 04/10/2024/ A Lousy Day
Days like this happens to everyone. Where no matter how hard you try, all the plans you have made for the day just go off track and for me, when things happens like that, I get so frustrated and sometimes I unintentionally transfer the aggression to people around me.
But if there is something I learned from this post is how you were able to turn things around by enjoying your day at the park despite the drawbacks and how you easily let go of your mistakes. It’s really admirable.
You're right but don't you think that ranting helps keep your blood pressure under control? I wanted to steam out a little so did this post. I never feel sad about what has happened in the past because the past is always the past 👍
I don’t know.. but now that you brought it up, I just remembered someone that made me so angry at work some day’s ago… the fact that I kept quiet and let it go still pains my chest till now whenever I see him.
I’m waiting for him to try it next time… let me pour out all the stored up anger at him to bring my blood pressure to normal… hahaha!!
I suggest you try the punching bag technique. Whenever you feel too angry, just start punching the bag until you feel better. I know it works, I have used it.
